Think about your wedding theme/colours/venue/dress. This will help when trying to decide on which stationery design will compliment your day.

Decide whether you would like the invitations to be formal or more comtemporary.

Choose from one of our many designs on our wedding invites page or use our free design service. Decide which stationery items you will require of the design and then work out the numbers. You will need one invitation per couple or single person plus a couple of spares in case of spoils or last minute extra guests. 

If your wedding day is at a busy holiday period or a destination wedding then you should begin with sending a Save the Date card so that your guests have time to book hotels, flights, leave from work, childcare etc.

At least 3 months before your wedding day you will need to order your day and evening invitations which should be posted out 6-8 weeks ahead to allow time for replies. An RSVP card included with the invitation may be helpful for you and  your guests.

Order of Service, place cards, menus, table plans, favour boxes and thank you cards can be ordered later once you have final names and numbers allowing time for production and delivery (up to 14 days).

Invitation wording, Guests names, Order of Service wording and Menu wording will need to be sent to us either as an E-mail or typed letter. We will then send you proofs which you will need to check carefully and return to us signed with any corrections/changes highlighted.

Do you have a minimum order?
No. You can order as many or as few as you require.

Are there any hidden costs?
Our prices include proofing, personalised printing and envelopes where stated. Postage is charged extra at the cost of Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Do you have special offers for large orders?
Yes. Large orders over the value of £500 attract a discount of 10%.

Do you need a deposit?
Yes. Once you have placed an order we will require a deposit of 50% of the order value. The balance is paid by you once the order is ready for delivery.

Can you deal with  last minute orders?
Yes. But, full payment is required on ordering + £20 and proofs will only be sent by e-mail.
