All orders placed with ALICe Crafts are subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Copyright

All designs by ALICe Crafts are covered by copyright. You do not have permission to copy or publish any of the content of www.weddingdaycrafts.co.uk.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Variations

ALICe Crafts products are handmade and may be subject to slight variations in colours and materials. These slight differences are not deemed as faulty. Any last   minute changes in design by the client or orders made in stages do not guarantee continuity.

Proofs

Proofs sent by post to the client of stationary and/or inserts need to be checked, approved and signed by the client prior to the order   proceeding into production. ALICe Crafts do not accept responsibility for incorrect spelling or incorrect personalised information once the proof has been signed and returned by the client. Amendments cannot be made once confirmed orders are in production.

Cancellations

ALICe Crafts has the right to retain any deposit payed by the client. If the order is cancelled during production then ALICe Crafts has the right to invoice the client for work carried out to the date of cancellation. Cancellations must be made in writing.

Returns

In the unlikely event that the client has a complaint concerning their order this must be made within seven days of the order received. ALICe Crafts will not accept complaints or claims   following this time frame. Refunds and exchanges will only be made if the product is faulty or specifications have not been met.

Payment  

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total value of the quoted amount is required when placing an order. The remaining balance must be paid prior to shipment to the client on completion of the order. Payment can be made by cheque or PayPal. PayPal payments are subject to a 3% transaction fee. Orders will not be shipped to the client until payments are cleared.

Delivery

Completed orders will be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery or via a courier which will require a signature to confirm receipt of the delivery. Post and packing will be quoted individually. ALICe Crafts do not accept responsibility for loss in transit or damage occurring during postage or any postal delays by Royal Mail or the courier service.
